Best performing ETF 2024 H1 | Equity & Fixed Income

During the first half of the year, technology ETFs have performed exceptionally well, but so have ETFs related to semiconductor.

Now that 2024 is halfway over, it’s time to evaluate how ETFs did in the first half of the year. The Nasdaq and S&P 500 are at all-time highs. To date, the S&P 500 has returned 14.48%, while the Nasdaq has returned 16.98% as of June 2024.

Even if you invested in an ETF that tracks these two indices, you would still have outperformed most years in a typical market cycle. What if certain exchange-traded funds (ETFs) performed better than these benchmarks? Which ETF has outperformed the S&P 500 and Nasdaq?

The AI trend, which is primarily responsible for the S&P 500 and Nasdaq returns’ impressive success, has helped the majority of the Top 10 funds. Upon analysing these ten top funds, we find that eight of them are semiconductor or technology funds.

Our top 10 ETF fund also includes Turkey ETF, which has returned over 44% over the last six months with outstanding performance.
